The Expecting Solo course is designed for women in the first trimester of pregnancy or going through fertility treatment who want to feel confident, calm, and proud in their journey to solo motherhood. Over two powerful sessions, you’ll build the mindset, clarity, and early support network to navigate this new chapter—whether you're newly pregnant or still waiting to see those two lines.

You’ll walk away with the tools to own your story, set healthy boundaries, choose the right care for you, and create a support crew that lifts you up—without feeling overwhelmed.

Course Dates & Time:

  • Mondays August 4th and 18th

  • Time: 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM (AEST)

  • Format: Live Zoom sessions (pjs and make up free encouraged)

    • Choosing your pregnancy care and navigating appointments alone

    • Early planning without overwhelm—what really matters right now

    • Building your solo mum support crew

    • Reframing fears and strengthening your mindset for the road ahead
