Uncover the Beliefs That Are Keeping You Stuck

Behind every habit, reaction, and moment of overwhelm is a belief — often one you didn’t choose.
In this workshop, we’ll gently uncover the stories you’ve inherited about motherhood, worthiness, productivity, rest, and what a “good mum” should be.

Workshop 3:
Your Family Values Blueprint

Values guide every choice we make — even when we haven’t consciously chosen them.
In this final session, you’ll identify your personal and family values, spot clashes causing stress or guilt, and create a values-aligned foundation for your next chapter.
