The Butterfly Blueprint is a structured 12-week personal development program designed for women — especially solo mums — who want to understand the patterns shaping their lives and consciously choose what comes next.

Each week combines psychology, reflection, and guided exercises to help you:

  • understand what has shaped your beliefs and behaviours

  • reconnect with parts of yourself that were lost or suppressed

  • redefine what fulfilment looks like now

  • build a vision for your future grounded in who you truly are

This is learning — but also integration.

Not motivation.

Before we start:

Reflection Pre-Work

After you are accepted into the program, you’ll have access to a suite of reflection exercises for you to do before we start. These exercises help you think about where you are now, what’s led to it, what you’d like to get out of the 12 weeks, dream about what could be possible in the future, and reconnect back with your younger self.

Weeks 1–12:

The Work

Each week includes:

  • Video lessons introducing core frameworks

  • Guided workbook exercises

  • Reflection prompts designed for real life

  • Practical integration into everyday decisions

Themes include:

  • Making the invisible influences in your life visible

  • Identifying limiting beliefs that have kept you stuck

  • Meeting your future self

  • Identifying and prioritising your values and those you want to live by for your family

  • Understanding inherited patterns and expectations

  • Restoring boundaries, needs, and emotional awareness

  • Rebuilding self-trust

  • Creating a conscious vision for your life and family and developing a blueprint to make this vision your reality

Additional support:

Group Integration Sessions

Every few weeks, we meet live (optional) to reflect, share insights, and integrate learning together.

These are connection and conversational spaces — not lectures.

Sessions are held Sundays at 8:30pm AEST and are not recorded to protect privacy.

Accountability Community

Along with the group integration sessions, there will be a private WhatsApp community to support the foundation cohort.

This community will provide connection, accountability, discussion and a safe space to share what’s going on for you in this journey, as well as connect with others undertaking the same transformation. You can participate as much or as little as feels comfortable — many women simply listen at first.

Optional additional support:

Private Coaching

If you’d like additional support for a deeper transformation as well as accountability to commit and follow through on the changes you need to make, there is also the option to include three or six personal coaching sessions. These sessions will be led by you to discuss the content and work through what’s coming up for you with a professional coach.

Is this therapy?
No. This is an educational and reflective program designed for personal growth.

Can I join if I’m not a solo mum?
Yes — the work applies to any woman ready for self-understanding and change.

Do I have to join in the WhatsApp chat?
No, this is optional. However, forming connections with others on the same journey can help you learn from them, keep yourself accountable for any changes you are making, and it’s more likely for the changes to be permanent once they become habits.

What if I fall behind?

The program is designed to meet you where you are. Many participants revisit modules later — growth doesn’t follow a strict timeline.

What if I don’t complete the modules in time?
This is a self paced course. You will get new content each week, and it’s up to you to work through it in a time frame that works for you.

What are the expectations of the Founding Cohort?
You will be asked for honest feedback on the modules, the video content, the workbooks and exercises, as well as the group sessions. This feedback will help me make the final course as great as possible for new members.

How long will I have access to the content?
By joining the foundation cohort you will have access to the material and any updated material for 12 months, so you can catch up or refresh yourself after the course finishes.
