The Comeback: Know Your Rights
Your Legal Rights When Returning to Work After Maternity Leave
Returning to work after becoming a mum can be overwhelming, not just emotionally, but legally too. What are your rights when it comes to flexibility, part-time work, or breastfeeding? What happens if your role has changed… or disappeared? And what can you do if you feel like you’re being treated unfairly?
This powerful session with employment lawyer Juliana Virine from Hall Payne Lawyers unpacks everything you need to know to protect yourself as you return to the workforce as a mother.
