Your booking is confirmed only once Grand Mirage receives the 30% deposit.

  • Within 3 working days of your booking form being processed, you’ll receive an email from alisha@solomumsociety.com containing Grand Mirage’s secure payment link to pay your non-refundable 30% deposit (+2.5% Grand Mirage bank fee). If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder. The deposit must be paid within 3 working days of receiving the link to secure your spot.

  • Once Grand Mirage has confirmed they have received your payment, you will get a confirmation email, and you’ll be added to the Bali 2027 private WhatsApp community. Your booking will not be officially confirmed until deposit payment has been received.

  • The $399 Solo Mum Society administration & booking fee will be due 31 March 2027, payable through the Solo Mum Society website (instalments and earlier payment will be possible).

  • The next non-refundable payment of 50% (+2.5% Grand Mirage bank fee) will be due 11 April 2027.

  • The final non-refundable payment of the remaining 20% (+2.5% Grand Mirage bank fee) will be due on 11 May 2027 and will be sent from alisha@solomumsociety.com

By submitting this form, you understand that:
• The trip is 11–18 June 2027, 7 nights, all-inclusive
• A 30% non-refundable deposit + 2.5% Grand Mirage bank fee is required within 3 working days of receiving your payment link
• The A$399 Solo Mum Society administration & booking fee is due by 31 March 2027 and is non-refundable
• All resort payments are non-refundable
• Your booking is not confirmed until Grand Mirage receives your deposit
• This trip is for solo mums who genuinely want to connect with the wider group. You do not need to attend everything, and there is plenty of family time, but the community is the heart of the experience.

Disclaimer

Solo Mum Society coordinates the group booking and community experience and acts as the primary liaison between the group and Grand Mirage. Hotel accommodation, resort services and facilities are supplied by Grand Mirage. Flights, transfers, travel insurance, visas and any travel arrangements not expressly included in the package are the responsibility of each guest and their chosen providers.

All resort payments and the Solo Mum Society administration and booking fee are non-refundable once paid. If you need to cancel, any permitted transfer of your booking to another eligible guest will be subject to the applicable booking terms and must be arranged by you in consultation with Solo Mum Society and Grand Mirage. Travel insurance covering cancellation is strongly recommended.

Guests remain responsible for supervising their children and for any loss, damage or additional charges incurred by themselves or their children. Availability is limited and submitting this form does not confirm your booking until the required deposit has been received by Grand Mirage.
